Make an Appointment -
Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Please schedule an on-site appointment with the helpdesk if you need technical assistance such as:

  • Accessing your FAU account.
  • Setting up your email or wifi on a mobile device or laptop.
  • Assistance with Duo
  • Assistance with installing Office 365

Please make sure to visit and search the Knowledgebase for instructions, submit a ticket in the service catelog, or contact us at 561-297-3999 for phone support as we may be able to assist prior to coming on-site.

Please note that we do not provide technical support on personal devices, such as hardware or operating system repairs.

The OIT Help Desk is located in building 22, Computing Center, to the left when you enter the building. If there is someone in the waiting area of the help desk, we kindly ask you to wait outside the door at one of the designated locations marked on the floor.

We kindly request that masks are worn and social distancing be adhered to at the time of the appointment to respect the safety and comfort of everyone.
