Stress Management: CeL Interactive Professional Development

Stress Management: CeL Interactive Professional Development In-Person

In this timely session, Health Promotions expert Michelle Papiana will be presenting on effective ways to manage stress in teaching, online learning, and other professional contexts. While we may not be able to completely eliminate stress in our lives, we CAN learn to identify stress and deal with it more constructively. Throughout the session, we’ll explore common stress “triggers,” the body’s stress response, and various strategies to help you deal with stress and stressful situations more effectively. You’ll get resources you can use both at home and work, and we’ll try to make you laugh a little too!

As always, these sessions are open to all FAU faculty, staff, and our eLearning Community of Practice partners. Please share the information below!
